When groundwater and soft soil conditions threatened to delay a major tank installation at a new Smith’s #182 in Rock Springs, WY, the project team stayed the course. With strategic planning and all hands on deck, two Xerxes underground storage tanks—including a 20K and 18K split—were successfully set and covered in just one day. Here’s how it came together.
