FIREGUARD® DOUBLE-WALL ABOVEGROUND FUEL STORAGE TANK
FIRE RESISTANT. IMPACT PROTECTED. VERSATILITY.
FIREGUARD® FUEL STORAGE TANK
The FIREGUARD tank is designed to meet the UL 2085 standard, which specifically addresses the construction and performance requirements for protected aboveground tanks that are intended for the storage of flammable and combustible liquids. The FIREGUARD tank offers a higher level of fire protection that its FLAMESHIELD® counterpart, with a two-hour fire rating and double-wall steel construction with a unique lightweight thermal insulation layer in between that exceeds the UL two-hour fire test, providing enhanced protection against leaks, spills, and fire exposure.
Eaton Sales & Service constructs FIREGUARD tanks to meet and exceed all the requirements set forth by the UL 2085 standard for fire-resistant tanks.
The Best People. The Best Tanks.
Why This Above Ground Tank?
The FIREGUARD® tank is designed to provide a high level of fire and impact protection with a two-hour fire rating, ensuring that the double-wall steel tank can withstand exposure to a fire without releasing its contents. The insulating material between the steel layers is 75% lighter than concrete, reducing shipping, installation and relocation costs.
